Burger King in Idar-Oberstein

we're new to Germany, so we don't know much german, but the cashier was so nice and helpful, even though they were busy. everything we ordered was perfect and came out quickly considering the line of people.

Old, ugly, broken, dirty and disgusting! No restaurant should look or be like this !!

It used to be better, recently two burgers were missing from the order at the drive in. I have often been given the wrong milkshake, and I was greeted there in Arabic and not in German In Arabic-Turkish to be full of babble must be something unbelievable! But a Big King xxl always works :)

that feels like 10 times (in the drive-thru) that you order something specific, but get something completely different!

Ordered two vegetarian burgers in the drive in. At home after the first bite I noticed that there was bacon on both vegetarian burgers. That is not acceptable. There was also no invoice.

A bit disappointed, cheeseburgers were cold, instead of strawberry shaky vanilla. They are lucky that I was in a hurry and couldn't go back. And unfortunately you can't give a 0 star, something like that shouldn't happen. And behind the counter they walk around without masks

Sometimes they forget the sauces or napkins but otherwise everything is ok

No Corona rule is observed here, no table is cleaned, no nothing. People walk around here without a face mask and nobody says anything and no data is recorded if someone with Corona is sitting here, it is not possible to track who was here.

Misery, very poor and slow service

The bun of the first burger was soaked with frying fat. The second burger was cold and the bun apparently a few days old. Was once very good, but definitely not anymore.

very poor corona prevention !!! tables were not cleaned or disinfected anywhere in the local area within 45 minutes !! despite multiple occupancy. After you have ordered, your order is put together on the tray (on the counter), which is located exactly between the next customer and the service staff, so that all subsequent orders are "ordered / discussed" right above your tray ? the restaurant management should make improvements ... because we like to go to the king, but not under the conditions.

Orders often wrong. Otherwise like any other Burger King, you can eat. But you don't have to.

Very unsanitary there. No soap, broken toilets. I got the impression the drinks are overpriced.

Once again, the Whopper rolls / buns were cold - not warmed up a bit. Simply take it out of the bag cold and put the meat in between. Do you not have a work plan in which the work steps are written that you should toast the buns, or at least warm them up? Or are your employees simply not in the mood?

The insolent dwarf behind the cash register claims that they have ordered something else and comments on his misconduct with various "cool sayings" at 5pm on August 27th, 2020 The wrongly picked wrap was so dry and hard that you could easily have cut a sheet of glass with it, whereas the onion rings were more wobbly than raw squid. The wings were also beyond good and bad (estimated warming time 3h). Again! Sooner or later this insolent dwarf will run into someone who won't put up with this ... All in all, absolute KACKLADEN!

Today I wasn't so pleased. I ordered a steakhaouse. When I got this one, it was cold. Because of my complaint, it was simply put in the microwave. I don't want to ask anyone to enjoy this.

Clean Burger King with plenty of space inside to eat. However, the staff seems to be quickly overwhelmed with larger crowds and you have to accept long waiting times. Sometimes something is forgotten about the order. But otherwise a good burger king.

There was nothing going on, three cars in the parking lot and yet we had to wait 15 minutes for an 08/15 order without special requests ... when asked about this, the staff found it funny. ? It has nothing to do with fast food ... and I don’t want to imagine what happens when there are five guests at the same time?!? ???

Too bad service,old chicken,cold burgers fried 6 times a day and so old .poor services not friendly, i don't recommend anybody to go there , it all made me much stomach pain everything too old and fried again and again ???

Very good service at the drive up window. Got sick eating at the Idar Oberstein location across from ATU.

There is not much to say. It's a Burger King like any other... With very filthy restrooms
